At HomeworthUk, we ship directly from France to the United Kingdom, and we want your order to arrive as fresh and quickly as possible.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information where available.

Customs, Duties & VAT
As HomeworthUk ships from France (EU) to the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to UK import VAT and/or customs duties, depending on order value and current UK import regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. We are not responsible for delays caused by UK customs processing.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at contact@HomeworthUk.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contact@HomeworthUk.com or +33 655 528 732, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Do We Ship Outside the UK?
Currently, HomeworthUk ships exclusively from France to the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer shipping to other destinations.
